I moved to Ft. Myers with my family from Worthington, Ohio in 1973. After attending the University of Florida, I returned to the Ft. Myers area. I served for over seven years as a Reserve Police Officer with the City of Cape Coral.
I have over 30 years of professional marketing experience…20 years with print and online yellow pages. I am very familiar with the local market. I am extremely customer service oriented and love the real estate business. I really enjoy helping people sell their home or find a new one. I currently hold Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and At Home with Diversity designations. I have successfully marketed and closed several short sales for my clients. I also work with several investors who are acquiring income properties in Southwest Florida.
I am an avid reader of Stuart Woods, Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn and others of that genre. I also enjoy traveling (over 45 cruises) and riding my Harley Davidson with friends and family.
